Welcome to Florist Wandsworth. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online orders placed for flower delivery services offered by Florist Wandsworth through our website. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all customers throughout Wandsworth and the surrounding areas.
Our online flower delivery process has been designed for convenience and security. Orders may only be placed via our official website. To place an order, select your desired flower arrangements and add them to your virtual shopping basket. You may then proceed to checkout where you will be guided through the necessary steps to complete your purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery information, including names, addresses, contact numbers, and any additional delivery instructions. Failure to provide correct details may result in delayed or unsuccessful deliveries, for which we accept no liability.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this automated confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Orders are considered accepted when we send you a further notification confirming acceptance, which indicates that your order is being processed for delivery by Florist Wandsworth.
All flower arrangements and related products offered through our site are subject to availability. In the event of supply constraints or seasonal variations, we reserve the right to substitute certain flowers or plants with similar items of equal or greater value and quality, without prior notice. Where significant substitutions are required, we will endeavor to contact you using the details provided at checkout. If we are unable to supply the entirety of your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for the unavailable items as applicable.
All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The total price for your selected items, including delivery fees, will be shown at checkout prior to completion of payment. Delivery charges may vary according to the destination within Wandsworth and the surrounding areas.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure online payment system. We accept major debit and credit cards, and may accept additional payment methods as specified on our site from time to time. Your payment will be processed and captured once your order is confirmed. In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction.
Changes to your order, including delivery details or product selection, may be possible if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, subject to our discretion and the status of your order. To request an amendment or cancellation, please refer to the instructions provided on our site. Amendments cannot be guaranteed after this period.
You may cancel your order at any time up to 48 hours before your requested delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a cancellation fee to cover preparation and material costs. For same day or next day flower delivery orders, cancellations may not be possible once the order has entered the fulfilment process, including when preparation or delivery has commenced.
We endeavour to deliver flowers on your requested date, during business hours or within your specified delivery window, where possible. However, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to variable conditions such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational issues. All flower deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone will be present to accept the delivery, or that appropriate arrangements are in place for safe receipt of the goods.
Should delivery not be possible due to incorrect address details, absence of the recipient, or lack of access, our courier may leave the flowers in a safe location deemed appropriate or attempt to deliver to a nearby neighbour. Alternatively, a calling card may be left for the recipient to arrange re-delivery or collection. In any such case, responsibility for the condition of the flowers after attempted delivery passes to the customer or recipient.
Our flower delivery service is available throughout Wandsworth and the surrounding areas as indicated on the website at the time of ordering.
Florist Wandsworth takes pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers for every order. Upon receipt, recipients are advised to follow care instructions to ensure maximum longevity. Should you be unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of your flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, including clear photographs and your order number. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our sole discretion after investigating the complaint. We do not accept returns of perishable items such as fresh flowers beyond the initial complaints period of 24 hours.
You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. It is your responsibility to ensure all information entered during the order process is accurate and up to date. Florist Wandsworth cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you at checkout.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delays in performance of our obligations where such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, industrial action, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or pandemic situations. In such events, we will attempt to re-schedule the delivery or fully refund your order at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florist Wandsworth’s liability in connection with any order will be limited to the purchase price of the goods delivered. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase, the late delivery, non-delivery, or quality and condition of the delivered flowers, except as required by UK statutory rights relating to the sale and supply of goods and services.
Nothing in these Terms seeks to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We collect, process and store personal information in accordance with current UK data protection and privacy legislation. Your data will be used solely to fulfil your order and improve our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil your flower delivery or as required by law.
